After a thorough interview in which we assess your skills, we will then be able to match you with a company. Once we find a good placement for you we will contact you and make sure you’re equipped to be successful at that location.

Yes. As a PSS associate, we are committed to helping you to grow and succeed as you begin work. Your supervisor on-site is your primary resource for daily work-related questions. PSS is here to support you if you have any questions or concerns that are HR related such as pay, workers compensation, off-site training, and development, etc. If you’ve been hired for a permanent position through PSS, well support you for up to 90 days while you transition into your job with your new employer. After that, you will need to speak with your direct supervisor if you have any questions or concerns.

Your PSS representative will be monitoring your status and will continuously work to place you on new assignments. You can help us by letting us know if there is any change in your availability, and by updating your profile to include your recent job experience and any new skills you’ve gained.

You can log into your employee profile to update or change your availability. Once changes are made, the PSS staff will be notified.

To get a status update on your application you may contact your hiring manager or log in to your employee profile.

All interview appointment confirmations will be sent via email. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so within the email confirmation you received. A PSS staff will receive a notice and reach out to confirm a new appointment date or to confirm the cancellation.
